5ithz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage our supply chain and ensure our products reach customers quickly and accurately. This role is essential in supporting our operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Coordinate order fulfillment from production to delivery

• Manage inventory levels across warehouses and retail platforms

• Work with suppliers, 3PLs, and shipping partners to ensure timely logistics

• Monitor shipping statuses, resolve delays, and communicate with internal teams

• Process returns, exchanges, and handle shipping-related customer service inquiries

• Maintain accurate data in shipping, inventory, and order management systems

• Support product launches by forecasting demand and planning logistics accordingly

• Track and report KPIs to improve shipping speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency

Qualifications

‍

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations

• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Etsy)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and inventory software

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of accuracy

• Prior experience with international shipping and customs a plus

• Passion for operations, systems, and delivering great customer experiences
