Job Summary
5ithz is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on building relationships with businesses, driving revenue growth, and identifying strategic opportunities to expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
• Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and presentations with potential clients
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with our services
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategy
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts and partners
• Track performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to leadership
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using sales CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed environment
• Knowledge of creative industries, SaaS, or digital services is a plus
• Confident, persistent, and motivated by goals and growth
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
