Job Summary
5ithz is seeking a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the frontline connection between our brand and our community. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support at every stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support via email, chat, and social platforms
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through resolutions with clarity and empathy
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our products, services, and policies • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Proactively identify patterns and customer pain points to suggest improvements
• Collect feedback and report insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams
• Update help center documentation and FAQs as needed
• Support special projects and campaigns related to community engagement and retention
Qualifications
• 1–3 years experience in a customer service, support, or CX role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine desire to help people
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias)
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Experience in ecommerce, creative industries, or gaming is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
