Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and more

• Contribute ideas for campaigns, memes, and culturally relevant posts

• Monitor trends and community engagement in real-time

• Analyze performance metrics and suggest optimizations

• Help manage social calendars and ensure timely posts

• Support influencer outreach and collaborations

• Participate in brainstorms and creative direction sessions

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends

• Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual storytelling

• Passion for internet culture, creators, and digital communities

• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms

• Organized and proactive with solid communication skills

• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or social scheduling tools
