5ithz is seeking a highly engaged and digital-native Community & Discord Moderator Intern to help build, moderate, and energize our growing online communities. This is a chance to develop real experience in grassroots digital marketing and creator/gaming culture, while working on a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Moderate and manage our Discord server, ensuring an active and respectful community

• Collaborate on community engagement strategies, events, and campaigns

• Welcome new members, answer questions, and highlight community contributions

• Identify trends, memes, and conversation starters to organically boost activity

• Assist with cross-platform community updates and announcements

• Track server engagement metrics and offer insight on community growth

• Support creators, moderators, and other internal teams as needed

Qualifications

‍

• Deep familiarity with Discord and digital community spaces

• Passion for gaming, creator culture, and internet trends

• Strong written communication and meme fluency

• Self-motivated, positive, and unafraid to take initiative

• Organized, reliable, and responsive to digital communication

• Prior experience moderating or participating in active online communities is a plus
