5ithz is seeking an experienced Esports Program Manager to lead and oversee our competitive gaming initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic tournament programming, managing player relationships, and building a world-class esports presence that aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Plan and execute esports tournaments, leagues, and community competitions

• Coordinate with production, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality broadcasts and experiences

• Recruit, manage, and support esports talent including players, casters, and coaches

• Build strategic partnerships with sponsors, platforms, and organizers

• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for all esports-related programs

• Analyze performance data to improve future programming and player development

• Represent the brand at industry events and maintain a strong pulse on esports trends

• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, guidelines, and standards

Qualifications

‍

• 4+ years of experience in esports management or event production

• Proven track record of building and executing successful competitive programs

• Strong understanding of the esports ecosystem across major titles (e.g. Valorant, LoL, Fortnite, etc.)

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under pressure

• Comfortable working across time zones and managing remote teams

• Familiarity with tournament platforms (e.g. Battlefy, FACEIT, Challonge)
