5ithz is looking for a Community & Discord Manager to lead and grow our digital community spaces, with a focus on Discord. This role will help build meaningful engagement with our audience, foster a sense of belonging, and drive community-led initiatives across gaming, art, and culture verticals.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Manage and moderate the official Discord server, ensuring a positive and engaging environment

• Develop community guidelines, events, and initiatives to foster activity and retention

• Act as the bridge between the community and internal teams, relaying feedback and insights

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute community campaigns

• Identify and empower moderators, ambassadors, and superfans

• Track metrics around engagement, growth, and sentiment

• Stay up to date with community management best practices and platform updates

• Represent the brand’s tone and values in all community communications

Qualifications

‍

• 2+ years of experience in community management or a related role

• Deep understanding of Discord culture and functionality

• Strong communication, writing, and conflict-resolution skills

• Passion for gaming, digital communities, and creator ecosystems

• Organized, self-starter mindset with excellent time management

• Experience with community analytics tools a plus

• Familiarity with social platforms like Twitter, Reddit, TikTok is a bonus
