Job Summary
5ithz is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online presence with strategy, creativity, and authenticity. This role blends content planning, trend fluency, and community engagement to create meaningful impact across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and more
• Plan and publish content aligned with product drops, brand campaigns, and cultural moments
• Analyze metrics to refine performance, optimize reach, and increase engagement
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to create cohesive content
• Maintain brand voice while adapting tone for different audiences and channels
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant
• Build and nurture community through DMs, comments, reposts, and partnerships
• Manage content calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy
• Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics, and audience behaviors
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to create compelling content with minimal direction
• Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement
• Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut is a plus
• Deep knowledge of internet culture, fashion, and emerging trends
