Job Summary
5ithz is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with a sharp creative eye and strong strategic instincts. You’ll lead brand storytelling across campaigns, products, and channels—ensuring cohesion, consistency, and emotional resonance. This role blends strategy, content, and cultural insight to build something timeless.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies across digital, physical, and social channels
• Craft campaigns that elevate brand identity, values, and positioning
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, and comms to ensure messaging consistency
• Manage seasonal and product marketing calendars
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to guide strategy
• Collaborate with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders on brand activations
• Lead or support creative briefs, copy direction, and tone of voice
• Stay on top of trends in fashion, tech, art, and culture that inform brand movement
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or tech
• Proven success developing 360° campaigns and branded content
• Strong grasp of storytelling, positioning, and consumer psychology
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, etc.
