Creator Program Application

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility • Participation in the 5ithz Creator Program (“Program”) is open to individuals aged 18 or older who create original content on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and others approved by 5ithz. • Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to their participation. • Participants must meet the Creator Programs basic requirements

2. Application and Acceptance • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. 5ithz reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. • Accepted creators will receive a confirmation email with access details and resources.

3. Affiliate Links and Commissions • Creators will receive a unique ambassador link or code to share with their audience. • Commissions will be earned on sales generated through the affiliate link according to the current commission structure provided by 5ithz. • Commission rates and payment terms may change at 5ithz’s discretion with prior notice. • Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment information and tax documentation as required.

4. Creator Responsibilities • Creators agree to promote 5ithz products and services honestly and ethically. Misleading or false claims are prohibited. • Content should align with 5ithz brand values: authenticity, inclusivity, and respect. • Creators must disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., FTC guidelines).

5. Content Ownership and Usage • Creators retain ownership of their original content. • By participating, creators grant 5ithz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute content related to the Program for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct • Creators must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions related to the Program. • Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the Program. • 5ithz reserves the right to remove any participant violating these terms without prior notice.

7. Termination • Creators may leave the Program at any time by notifying 5ithz management team. • 5ithz may terminate participation for any creator violating these terms or acting in a manner harmful to the brand. • Upon termination, all affiliate links and commission payments will cease immediately, except for commissions accrued prior to termination.

8. Limitation of Liability • 5ithz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. • Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5ithz from any claims or damages resulting from their content or actions.

9. Privacy • Personal data collected through the Program will be used in accordance with 5ithz’s Privacy Policy. • Creators consent to communications related to the Program and marketing.

10. Changes to Terms • 5ithz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. • Creators will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
